We are a friendly group of people dedicated to cultivating wellness, vitality, and spiritual fulfilment. We gather to practice moving the body jofully together.
Nicole Stone offers beginning and intermediate classes in Qigong (pronounced "chee-kung"). Basic instruction is provided and practitioners of all experience levels are welcome. The main style of Qigong we practice is called Wild Goose or Dayan Qigong. The dynamic flowing movements found in this style of Qigong stimulates blood and Qi circulation, improves joint mobility, and brings an uplifted feeling of peace within.
Nicole also offers beginning to intermediate Iyengar-inspired Yoga classes that focus on balancing strength and flexibility.
