Qigong for Breast Health focuses on how Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) can play a vital role in breast health and prevention. Breast cancer is the 2nd most common cancer in women in the U.S., making up 30% of new female cancer cases each year.
TCM emphasizes that prevention and healing are active processes that enhance the body's natural abilities. Practices like Qigong can reduce stress, build energy, and strengthen digestion, offering valuable support alongside Western treatments and recovery post-treatment.
In this class, you'll learn about TCM modalities, eastern nutrition, stress reduction, and lifestyle changes that can empower women facing breast cancer and improve their quality of life. With nearly three-quarters of breast cancer patients seeking alternative medicine, this course is an essential guide for any healthcare or wellness professional seeking to offer holistic support to their clients and community.
Note: a free bonus follow-up session is offered free of charge for trainees interested in demonstrating Breast Health Qigong to clients and community.
