The Quincy Landlord Association (QLA) is open to landlords of all types and properties, regardless of the number of properties they own. By joining QLA, members gain access to vital resources, industry-specific information, professional assistance and support with important issues.
QLA's mission is to promote professionalism in offering fair, clean and safe housing in the Quincy area. We provide our members with crucial information about legislation and other housing-related matters. Monthly meetings provide an opportunity for members to connect with local leaders who can bring about change, including elected officials and law enforcement. Our goal is to enhance communication among landlords in regards to tenant screening and selection, and to improve relationships with local agencies in the fight against illegal activities.
