Welcome to Newcastle Qlik Meetup #3

aka the one that we didn't expect to do so soon!

Our last event was only 6 weeks ago, however... Meetup #3 is all systems go... and we have a cracking event lined up for all you Qlik lads and lasses.

We are very proud to have the one and only Henric Cronström coming to Newcastle. If you’ve ever been on the Qlik Community, or have read any books on Qlik, you will mostly be reading Henric’s (aka HIC) musings. Expect an interesting and thoughtful talk about Qlik, anything from the early history of QlikView, to general hint and tips, to getting under the hood of the QIX engine - not to be missed!

A unique opportunity to hear from THE Qlik expert.

We also have a fabulous 2nd speaker, Gwendolyn Loomis, Data Manager for NIHR Clinical Research Network will be doing a talk on "Using Geoanalytics to Target Unmet Need in Clinical Research" - very exciting to see GeoAnalytics in action!

So... if you don't know who HIC is, well, let us introduce you...

"As Technical Product Advocate, Henric’s task is to communicate with large accounts, on blogs and in the press about the product QlikView. Henric joined in January 1994 and is one of the most senior persons within QlikTech. Since then, Henric has held several positions ranging from the initial project manager of the project that became QlikView, to manager for the entire German technical staff, to deputy manager for the R&D organization. Henric has a M.Sc. in engineering physics and a Ph.D. in elementary particle physics from the University of Lund, Sweden."
