• The What, How and When of Health Tracking - Simon Eichenauer

Simon will give some insights into his own health tracking over the last couple months. He also tries to answer the following questions: How often and how long should you track? What can you track alone and when should you track together?

• Undermining Conventions With Colemak - Brian Fabian Crain

In February, while spending some time in a deserted vacation town on the Costa Brava, Brian decided to go cold Turkey and switch from the standard QWERTY keyboard layout to the efficiency-promising Colemak layout. He'll share his data on the (painful) initial transition and how his typing has developed since then.

• Five Things I Learned Tracking My Blood Glucose - Philipp Kalwies

Philipp will share the five most interesting things he's learned about the correlation between his ridiculous lifestyle and his blood glucose values.

• Unquantified Self - Alessandro Pedori

Measuring is all good and well, and "you cannot optimize what you cannot measure".But but about optimizing only what we can measure? What about measuring the wrong things? And, above all: what about ignoring the sophisticated sensor network that we already have? Our bodies (or mind-bodies) evolved for million of years, and we have a wealth of information available to us, in a "low tech" way (if a machinery evolved for some billion years can be considered "low tech"): let's explore it, how to use it, and the ways in which it can be tricked.

All talks will be followed by a quick Q&A.
