Next up is Show & Tell #12 with inspiring talks and networking at O61. We have scheduled three presentations in between 7 and 9. Afterward, we will have plenty of time for networking and the soccer fans among you have the chance to watch the game right at O61. The restaurant offers some high quality and tasty food which you can order at your own expense and we the organizers are trying to get some biohacking stuff prepared for you. Max Grünberg - Beyond Privacy: Ethics of the Quantified Self

When it comes to ethical questions concerned with the Quantified Self, the debate is dominated by the eminent topic of privacy. Even thought the worries are justified and critique is necessary, the limelight in which the privacy debate is taking place is casting shadows: it is producing ethical blind spots. To shine some light into these spots this talk brings up the idea of a “tracker ethic”. But how can it look like? Do we even need one? And who is going to articulate it?
