Hey everyone! Join us for our first meetup with fellow quantitative trading enthusiasts.

🤔 What to expect:

• Insightful discussions on quantitative trading approaches.
• Networking with fellow quants.
• All experience levels of are welcome.

This meetup is geared toward quantitative and algorithmic trading. If you primarily trade using discretionary or fundamental methods, the discussion may not be as relevant for you.

• Quantitative traders in stock, futures, options, and crypto fields
• Algorithmic traders, quantitative analysts, & data scientists
• Portfolio managers, prop traders, & hedge fund analysts

📅 Agenda:

• This time, we’ll kick things off with a friendly chat about the differences between research (backtesting, paper trading, etc.) and live trading (real money, real emotions!).
• After that, we’ll open the floor for a general discussion—bring your questions, ideas, or just come to hang out and network.

🚗 Parking Info:
There is usually street parking on Bamboo Lane and nearby streets. There is also $5 parking at the Mandarin Plaza nearby.
