As there was a lot of interest in January's sleep evening, we'll be running a second one for November - where we'll be talking about tracking and improving our sleep.

Speakers:

• Emer O’Hare (https://www.linkedin.com/in/emer-o-hare-46895546) - Emer has extensive background in sleep science, working previously with the non-contactless sleep sensor ResMed and is now working with the digital health group in Novartis. Emer will be available to talk about patterns seen in the sleep trackers and will have general tips for us to optimise our sleep.

• Alex Martinelli (https://it.linkedin.com/in/martinellialex) - Data scientist and solutions expert at IBM Watson, will be talking about how he's been analyzing his Fitbit data for ways to improve his sleep.

• Darragh O'Neill (https://www.linkedin.com/in/darraghoneill2015) - Darragh has previously talked about HRV at the QS meetup. Darragh will be talking about tracking his sleep with a number of devices he's been experimenting with recently. He'll also be talking about ways to improve sleep that have worked for him.
