Diet and Nutrition Panel Presentation

Brian Clement (Hippocrates Health Institute Founder), Scott Joseph (Nutrition author), Geoff Palmer (Fitness expert), Becca Tebon (Health coach), and Ben Best (Health journalist) will form a panel on the subject of diet and nutrition. Panelists will each speak for 8 to 10 minutes in the beginning, followed by questions and answers from the audience, and ending with a 5 minute wrap-up by each panelist.

Ben Best will provide a great deal of quantitative information about how his blood levels of glucose, ketones, and triglycerides respond to different foods.
