19:00 - Metabolomic Monitoring: Dr. Isam Haddad, Bioinformatics expert at Metabolomic Discoveries talks about Kenkodo their Indigogo Crowdfunding project. They use dry blood samples to support and predict healthy habits on an individual level.

Kenkodo measures your metabolism by a single blood drop. The platform is build on metabolomics. A technology capable of measuring hundreds to thousands of metabolites in blood. Kenkodo combines modern analytics with individual lifestyles and identifies patterns for nutrition, stress, sleep, sport and health. It provides insights and recommendations for optimal and beneficial lifestyle changes. In the future, Kenkodo will be able to predict perturbations in metabolism affected by lifestyle or health changes.

Most of us have things we want to change: Read more, do more projects, do more sports, lose weight, etc. It would be great to use our meetup to support each other in achieving these goals. This idea was originally implemented at the QS Meetup in Vienna.
