Quantifying Health - How can you accurately measure your health?

Details

Calling all those interesting in health. With so much data and tools available to us, are we able to accurately measure our health?

Topics might include:

  • How do you stay on track with (and track) health, diet and fitness?
  • What kinds of tools / tests / biomarkers are useful for measuring health and aging?
  • What kinds of supplements are people taking for health/aging reasons?
  • What's the latest science on drugs/biomarkers?
  • Can we create a standardized testing protocol for quantifying health? Depending on the number of people who attend, we might split off into breakout groups for discussion and then report back. We'll be launching a small group for dedicated trackers who will work together to quantify and improve their health over the coming years. If that sounds interesting to you, you should come!

All types are people are welcome! We value inclusivity and diversity, and we want to hear your voice.
