Please describe yourself in three words

curious (take that as you will)

In your words, what is Quantified Self?

getting to know yourself better with real and real-time information.

Please describe your work or interests and how they relate to Quantified Self

As part of ThingTank I have been introduced to prototyping technologies which open up numerous possibilities for quantified self projects. I just hard about you through one of KMDI's students and thought I would check it out. Maybe none of my work relates but I am interested in these concepts and related issues - particularly how they relate to health and well-being. I am especially interested in how self-reporting of personal information will change (or b stifled) by the existing authority, power, process and liability structures that exist in the way we deliver care (of all kinds) today.

Are you currently tracking anything? What would you like to learn how to track?
