Show&Tell Talks...Online!

Details
*For security reasons, we are asking that you sign up by filling out this form (https://bit.ly/3dq25z0) rather than RSVP through Meetup. We will use this information to admit you from the Zoom "waiting room" (please show up at least 10 minutes early). It's a little bit of inconvenience that will help us keep the Zoom trolls out and create a safe and pleasant environment for everyone else. Please RSVP here: https://bit.ly/3dq25z0.*
Please join us for an online event on self-observation where we share ideas, tools and experiments with the global Quantified Self community. After the great showing for our event on the 16th, we wanted to have another one with a time that's better suited for our European friends. This event will be co-hosted with organizers from the QS Copenhagen, Netherlands and Stockholm communities.
Right now we have 4 talks scheduled, with a very good bonus talk possible if we have time. Current speakers are:
Siva Raj: Reducing my blood pressure with sun exposure.
Ilona Wilmont: Learning about lifestyle influences on my epilepsy.
Justin Timmer: Five years of self-tracking to understand my life.
Bastian Greshake Tzovaras: Visualizing changes in quarantine (and after).
This meeting will take place online in Zoom. We'll have our regular show&tell format where people share what they learned from their self-tracking projects. Presentations will be in English.
If you have a project you would like to share, please let us know when you sign up here: https://bit.ly/3dq25z0
Here's our agenda (All times are PDT, UTC-7):
Start letting people in from the waiting room - 9:45AM
Intro and Announcements - 10AM
Presentations - 10:15 to 11:15
(Since presentations come from the people who sign up, we'll add them here as they come in)
Wrap-up & Group Conversation - 11:15 to 11:30
Where do our talks come from? They come from you! Do you have a personal self-tracking story to share? Please let us know by filling out the form here when you sign up: https://bit.ly/3dq25z0. If you want to let us know that you have a project to share, but you have already RSVP'd through the form, simply fill it out again and mention the project.
You can let these three questions guide your presentation:
What did you do? How did you do it? What did you learn?
