Synopsis
In this talk, Nick Farina will walk through the many opportunities available in the quantum technology ecosystem for people from all different walks of life and backgrounds. He will also go over a brief primer of the different types of quantum technology and their expected timelines and impact on the world.
Speaker Bio
Nick Farina is the CEO of EeroQ Corporation, a Chicago-based company building quantum computers using a unique method compatible with the same development process as today's phones and computers. Founded in 2017, EeroQ is a leader in the quantum field and Nick has led the company since inception. He has been an invited speaker at The Aspen Institute, University of Sherbrooke, IQT, and many more events. Prior to EeroQ, Nick founded Scholar Ventures, the largest software management companies for honor societies, which he merged with the largest collegiate honor society in the world. He has served as an expert advisor on quantum computing to top tier consultancies, Fortune 500 companies, and as a mentor to numerous startups. He is also an angel investor in advanced technology, including Extropic and nodeQ.
