We have always been told that electrons are indivisible elementary particles. However, research has shown that when confined to a one-dimensional path, the particle's spin can be separated in space from its charge. Thanks to my generous patrons, I have access to the journal Science where the latest quantum computer simulation provides the definitive proof that this phenomenon is real. In this event, I will explain how the electron is split and how quantum computation was used to verify the theory.
