Event 6: Quantum Crypto - What is it and who needs it?

Welcome to the 6th meetup of our group “Quantum Computing meets Business - Rhineland”! For this event we have invited the Dr. Ulrich Eismann, co-founder and business lead at KEEQUANT as a guest speaker.

KEEQUANT provides cutting-edge technology to secure communication and network infrastructure. The company devises quantum key distribution technology which utilises provably secure methods. It was founded in 2020, it is based and 100% funded in EU27. Dr. Eismann will introduce the topic of quantum cryptography, KEEQUANTs unique take on quantum security and will pave the way from theory to practical applications. The meetup will be held in English.
