Different by Design is an ongoing educational series exploring how neurodiverse individuals build careers, work, and lead in ways that align with how they naturally operate.

This session focuses on how to effectively support, communicate with, and lead neurodiverse team members. Through a guided conversation, we’ll cover practical strategies, common challenges, and real-world tools—followed by open discussion and Q&A.
