In a world where we often rush and disconnect from our deeper selves and those around us, this evening offers a sacred pause to reconnect with our heart's desires and with the Love that is always there waiting for us to feel it.

**\*\*What is a Cacao Ceremony?\*\***
A sacred space where we'll gather and drink ceremonial cacao to connect more deeply with ourselves and each other. This is a heart-opening ritual, the subtle properties of cacao supporting us towards openness and connection.

**\*\*Why Cacao?\*\***
Unprocessed cacao naturally contains theobromine, a substance which opens the heart, enhances mood, and supports emotional clarity without the hype of caffeine. This sacred plant has been used for centuries in ceremonies to encourage introspection and connection, while the natural compounds promote relaxation, well-being, and a deeper emotional connection to oneself and others.

**\*\*What will the evening look like?\*\***
\- After a short introduction and intention setting\, we will start the ceremony drinking the cacao together\.
\- After the ceremony we will slowly transition into interacting with other participants\. You will engage in practices done in pairs to explore the theme of giving and receiving love\.
\- The last part of the evening is a Sharing Circle inspired by Heart IQ™️\, where we welcome anything that needs to be revealed\, felt and expressed\, to support each other's personal journeys as a collective and to shine Love on ALL parts of us\.

**\*\*Before the event\*\***
Please avoid eating a large meal or consuming mind-altering substances at least two hours before the ceremony to ensure the cacao’s effects are felt more deeply and naturally.

**\*\*IMPORTANT\*\***
The cacao itself has no extra substances added. When I prepare the drink, I may add vanilla, cinnamon, cardamom, chili (just a bit), dates, and rose petals. Please reach out if you have any restrictions for any of these ingredients.

**\*\*Why Join?\*\***
This evening is a time to slow down and reconnect with yourself and others. You'll leave feeling more grounded, open-hearted, and with a deeper sense of belonging. Whether seeking clarity, connection, or just to unwind, you will be supported by a warm and welcoming space.
On this date there will be a Full Moon, so you’ll find it easier to release what no longer serves you and invite more love into your life.

How big the group will be?
\- The group will have max 11 participants\.

What should I wear?
\- Comfortable clothes for sitting and light movement\.

Do I have to participate in every activity?
\- No\. Each activity is an invite\, you are welcome to skip anything that doesn't feel right for you\.

Is the drink vegan?
\- Yes\. The cacao is prepared with vegan milk\.

Can I cancel my ticket?
\- The tickets cannot be cancelled/refunded in less than 24h before the event\.
