The Quantum Leap Experience is a transformational personal and professional development program designed for high-achieving women who are ready to reconnect with themselves, realign with their purpose, and rise into their next chapter with clarity and confidence.
Inspired by our founder Maria’s own leap, this program was born out of her decision to leave behind a successful career in Atlanta and start over in a new country (Costa Rica) with nothing but a suitcase and self-belief. Co-creator Shannel took a leap and left her creative leadership job at a SaaS startup in 2020 to run her business full-time.
