IMPORTANT: This is the last QLB that I will offer on meetup. This group will be closed soon. If you want to be informed about further dates for QLB, please join my email list (same link like above).

The door is open from 6 p.m. At 6:30 p.m. we will close the door and start the session.

This time we will start our evening with a powerful body activation. We want to awaken the awareness of our bodies and pave the way for deep breathing.

After that we will dive deep into our souls, guided by Jeru Kabbal's voice. After the one hour breathwork, we will have time to share our experiences.

Participation is free of charge. Donations are very welcome (e.g. 15-20 Euros).
