Entering the New Year with Presence
Details
Opening Grounding & Wisdom Reflection
The beginning of a new year invites us into conscious reflection. Before setting goals or making resolutions, we pause to ask a deeper question: How do I want to live, and from what inner state do my actions arise?
We begin with a brief wisdom talk and reflection to gently bring us into presence and establish a shared intention for the session.
Settling the Body & Breath (20 minutes)
To support a sense of safety and arrival, we move into a grounding practice followed by guided breathwork (approximately 15–20 minutes), allowing the nervous system to calm and awareness to anchor in the body.
MEHM Meditation
A live, voice-guided meditation accompanied by music, focused on cultivating love and compassion. This practice concludes with a merit dedication—offering the benefits of our meditation for the well-being of others and the world.
Closing Reflection & Integration
We end with a short period of quiet reflection, allowing the experience to settle and integrate, and supporting the carryover of presence and intention into daily life.
