QBR Weekend is a women-only, quarterly reset designed for those who want to reflect, recalibrate, and recommit. In beautiful places, with champagne nearby, and standards high.

Think: a long weekend that feels like a luxury escape, but leaves you clearer than when you arrived.

Each quarter, we gather to:

• Review the previous quarter honestly.
• Share what we’re focusing on for the next quarter (career, wellness, creative work, lifestyle...wherever growth matters).
• Present our goals in an intimate group setting.
• Leave with renewed momentum and a circle of women who will actually remember what you said you were going to do.
• Everyone participates. Everyone comes prepared.

QBR is structured, but never stiff.

There are no weekly meetings, no constant group chats, and no obligation between quarters. The quarterly gathering is the anchor.

This is not a casual social club or a coaching program.

It’s for women who enjoy:

Participation begins with an introductory dinner, designed to meet the group, experience the tone, and understand how QBR works.
