Queen’s Park Cat Walks and Picnics

Hi everyone!

This is a group for cat owners who would like to go on cat walks and picnics once every two weeks near 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐞𝐧’𝐬 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤. We can also explore Philosopher’s Walk and other parks nearby. In the Summer, Fall, and Spring we can also go to Barbara Ann Scott Trail - it has nice water fountains and a shallow reflecting pool. If we are too adventurous, we will go to Toronto Island someday!

From my current experience, the best place in the area for a cat to enjoy his or her time is the small 𝐎𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐨 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤, which is right by the Queen’s Park. There are some nice, not very tall trees to climb and plenty of birds to look at. My cat never gets bored there compared to Queen’s Park. We will meet behind the 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 on Saturdays at 10am once a month.

Bring some coffee, tea, snacks, and treats for your felines! Make sure your cats are on safe escape proof harness and leash.
