Welcome to the Queen Dragon Finishing School 8am Club.

Online live daily morning practice, Monday-Friday, 30 minutes long, by one month subscription.

The 8am club is a daily ceremony space for activation, meditation and manifestation practice, to support you in generating the life you desire.

We'll start by practicing creating the target states of elevated emotion -- bliss, amusement, gratitude, delight, love -- so that our neurochemistry gets flooded regularly with these beautiful states. We will fire those puppies until they are wired directly into you. Based in an understanding of neuroscience and energy, QDFS will set a framework for you to be intentional about your day.

A foundational understanding of a manifesting practice is that energy is very quickly changeable. When you generate good energy, you align with good things happening to you and then they start to do exactly that. Manifesting works through a combination of practicing emotional regulation, clarifying intention, and action - boots on the ground. When you give the universe something to work with -- god loves a tryer! -- it responds through serendipities (luck) and synchronicities (right place at the right time). It is so cool and we are so lucky.

I recommend showing up with a pen and paper, jotting a few words down. Journal after. Notice recurring thought patterns and learn to interrupt them. Give yourself time to teach yourself new thoughts.

We will do curriculums around money, self-blessing, power and drive, and creative living -- all in deep life force alignment.

We want to practice being in collaboration with our highest selves, and we use this time for daily focus and self regulation, to honor ourselves and our visions for our lives. To turn on our life force through gentle breathwork, light trance, humming, dancing, connecting to our family lines, to the planet, and to the universe. It is a practice rooted in love and it is a beautiful thing to be experienced. Welcome.
