Arranging a get together for anyone who trains calisthenics or would like to start.
Queen’s Park calisthenics park Sunday 6th April 1pm.
Beginners can practice their pull ups, push ups, rows.
Or for the regulars try the muscle up, planche, front and back lever or handstand.
Resistance bands will be available to assist anyone who doesn’t think they are strong enough yet.
I am not a professional or licensed trainer/coach.
I am self taught to an intermediate level and have a passion for calisthenics and the joy of controlling your own body weight.
I am also 38 incase you think age is a barrier, it’s absolutely not!
