Applied Machine Learning for Cybersecurity

Applied Machine Learning for Cybersecurity

Details

Arkose Labs utilises an in-house developed CAPTCHA to identify hostile actors that attack sites with fraud or other abuse. This CAPTCHA generates a large volume of data, about the users of the system, which can be used to make a prediction on the intentions of the user, based on historical actions. Although characterising these users is an ideal application for machine learning, there are several challenges in applying machine learning to this real-time system. These challenges will be discussed in this talk.
