Some spaces feel different when they're filled with our community. We're transforming In the Lowest Ferns into a celebration of queer joy, music, and connection.
For one night only, this beloved cocktail lounge and Hi-Fi listening bar becomes home to hundreds of LGBTQ+ people and allies gathering to dance, laugh, meet new people, and celebrate what makes our community so special.
This year's event is bigger than ever. With DJs both inside and outside, drag performances throughout the night, incredible cocktails, and a newly expanded outdoor space, you'll have plenty of room to dance, connect, and experience one of Kansas City's most unique venues in an entirely new way.
Because queer joy has always been more than just having fun.
It's how we've built friendships, found belonging, cared for one another, and reminded ourselves that none of us have to do life alone.
