Queer Calgary is dedicated to developing and supporting the queer, 2SLGBTQIA+ community and the individuals who make up this community through health, art, personal, and socioeconomic development.
This your opportunity to make other queer friends and get out and try new things through our programs like Queer Board Games, Queer Beers and more.

Queer Boardgame Night with Queer Calgary
Sentry Box, 1835 10 Ave SW, Calgary, AB, CA🌈Queer Board Games: 🎲 – A Weekly 2SLGBTQIA+ Gathering 🌈
Come join Queer Calgary for a fun evening of board games, laughter and fun! We welcome anyone to attend, whether you’re a newcomer to gaming or an experienced board game enthusiast.
📅 Date: Every Friday!
⏰ Time: 6:00 PM - 10:00PM
📍 Location: Sentry Box Games - 1835 10 Ave SW, Calgary, AB T3C 0K2
💸 Cost: Free! This program, like all of our programs are walk in and do not require a sign up to attend!
Please note that The Sentry Box is made up of two separate business entities. To access the building, please enter through the west entrance into the Sentry Box, not The Sentry Box Cards. We’ll be on the upper mezzanine, and signs will be placed on the tables to indicate our tables.
Please also be aware that the upstairs portion of this event is not wheelchair accessible due to the approximately 9 stairs into the building. But we usually have a table setup in the downstairs section for folks who struggle with stairs! Please feel free to send us an email at hello@queercalgary.ngo to let us know in advance.
And as always, before taking pictures please always ask for permission.

Queer Arts and Crafts Night with Queer Calgary - Sunalta
Sunalta Community Hall, 1627 10th Avenue SW, Calgary, AB, CAJoin Queer Calgary for an fun evening of all ages arts and crafts!
This event is perfect for newcomers looking to connect with the community over your favourite crafts!
Bring your preferred hobby (we also have some supplies handy) or even just come to socialize in a relaxed and inclusive setting.
Due to popular demand, Arts & Crafts is moving to a larger and more accessible location! We will now be meeting at the Sunalta Community Hall (Clubroom), the entrance is located up a ramp from the sidewalk.
We also want to give a huge thank you to Sunalta Community Association for partnering with us to provide this amazing space for our community.
