Queer Dinner Club: The Savoy

Queer Dinner Club is taking over one of Kansas City’s most storied dining rooms.
On Monday, October 5, we’re gathering at The Savoy for an evening of good food, real conversation, and a chance to actually get to know more of your queer community.
The Savoy has been part of Kansas City for more than a century. Generations of Kansas Citians have gathered around these tables to eat, drink, celebrate and tell stories. Now we get to add ours.

Queer Dinner Club is about slowing things down. No loud dance floor. No awkward networking. Just a room full of queer people sharing a meal and getting to know one another.
Come on your own, bring a friend, or reconnect with someone you met at a previous Dinner Club. We’ll help with introductions and seating so you don’t have to worry about walking into a room where you don’t know anyone.
TICKETS — $8

Your $8 ticket reserves your spot and includes a complimentary appetizer for your table. Dinner and drinks are ordered separately from The Savoy’s menu.
HOW THE NIGHT WORKS

6:30 PM — Check-In & Mingling
Arrive, grab a drink, meet a few people and settle in.
7:00 PM — Dinner & Conversation

We’ll move to our tables, where a complimentary appetizer will be waiting to share. Order whatever you’d like for dinner and spend the evening actually getting to know the people around you.
8:30 PM — Keep the Conversation Going

Dinner may be winding down, but you don’t have to. Move around, reconnect with someone you met earlier or make one more introduction.
9:00 PM — Dinner Club Wraps
Queer Dinner Club isn’t a singles event or a networking event. It’s simply a place to slow down, share a meal and build the kind of queer community where we actually know one another.
