Queer Book Club – A Two-Spirit Journey by Ma-Nee Chacaby
Villa Vida, Linke Wienzeile 102, Wien, Ma, ATQueer Book Club meets at Villa Vida on Saturday, January 11 at 14.00 to talk about “A Two-Spirit Journey” by Ma-Nee Chacaby. The memoir shares her life as a Two-Spirit person, her experiences with violence and healing, and her work in the community and for justice. Join the conversation, whether you finished the book or are curious about the themes. Our Queer Book Club is open to all queer folks and allies who love reading, reflection, and shared conversation. Whether you’re a regular or attending for the first time, you’ll find a welcoming, community-driven space.
Bring drinks and snacks to share, or you can get some from the cafe if you’d like!
This book club is proudly co-organized with Hint Wien and o*books. Books can be purchased and ordered at a discount from o*books, but you don’t have to have read the book to join.
