Queer Speed Friending and Game Night!

Hello all and happy pride month!

***updated arrival Instructions: Once you find parking, head towards the apartment building and look for the giant “Indigo” sign and black glass doors — that’s the entrance to the lobby! The doors might still be open, but normally they lock at night. I or someone will be down in the lobby waiting for people to arrive and then taking them to the game room! If you don’t see anyone and the door is locked don’t worry, we will be right back! Here’s my number in case you have any questions or are running late!

To keep the momentum going and connections flowing, we are excited to host Queer Girls’ first Queer Speed Friending this upcoming Friday night in the game room of our apartment complex, Indigo Palmetto Bay :)

When: Friday, June 28th at 8:00 pm (If you can’t make It right at 8, come when you can! Just let us know)
Where: Indigo Palmetto Bay — 9500 SW 174th Street, Miami, FL 33157 (in the game room, but we will let you into lobby first!)
What to bring: Just yourself or maybe a friend or two!

What to expect:

We will start off the night with speed friending where you’ll be paired and have a few minutes to chat with all attendees 1:1 to get to know everyone a little more personally! From there we will have some snacks and refreshments and we will open things up to continue getting to know everyone. We will have some board and card games and our beautiful game room has shuffleboard, foosball, and a pool table :). Note: We will have prompt questions available for speed friending but you are more than welcome to have open conversation if that feels more comfortable ! We are so excited to host a night to laugh, connect, and have some fun! We’d love to have our new members come out (or our members that we haven’t seen in a while!)
