Yeah, that’s right: BABY SEALS!!🦭🦭🦭AND our friends from the Ventura LGBTQ+ Meetup!!
Seriously some CUTE OVERLOAD and a very easy walk to the viewing site, which is on a cliff overlooking the protected beach where the seals congregate, under the watchful 👀’s of volunteers and members of the public (us) who will QUIETLY observe from this respectful distance!!! 🐶Sorry, dogs were not allowed at the viewing site last time we checked even though people walk them on the trail nearby.
⚠️PLEASE NOTE: the trail is not wheelchair accessible, and there are no restrooms at the trailhead…
We will meet in the Carpinteria Bluffs Trailhead parking lot just off the 101 at Bailard Avenue in Carpinteria. To get to the parking lot, take the Bailard Avenue exit, turn towards the beach, and head into the parking lot.
