Queer Mindfulness Meetup | Picnic & Group Practice @ Gulbenkian Garden

Details
About Our Upcoming Meeting
Join us Sunday the 21st at Gulbenkian Garden for a lovely picnic, group mindfulness practice, and discussion! Please bring some food and drink for yourself, as well as something to share, and a blanket or mat to sit on. 🧺❤️
We’ll be on the grass right next to the theater stage. Please try your best to arrive on time so we can fit all of our activities into our 3-hour window. 🙏😁
Also, if people are up for it, it’d be lovely if we can have some photos taken of our group during our meditation session and picnic, and maybe a group photo after. 📸 I’d like to share the photos on the Queer Lisbon Meetup page and also on a page for a donation-based online queer meditation group @Frantastic and I will be starting soon. 🧘🌈 If you would prefer to not be in any photos, please DM me or talk to me at the meeting and I can make sure you won’t be photographed. 🙌
Just a heads up - I am a little bit sick 😷 - so just to be safe I won’t be accepting hugs tomorrow unless you’re insistent and also really brave. 😛😂
If you have any questions about this meeting, or about the group in general, please don't hesitate to message us!
