Queer Meetups of Providence

Providence Restaurant Weeks will be starting that Sunday and I wanted to have a foodie get together at this participating location. One HUGE benefit is that they offer meals from SEVEN different restaurants. So I am sure that there is something there for everyone to enjoy. There is parking in a nearby lot which does cost about $8 for 2 hours, so also take that into consideration when you sign up to go. Also note that they do not accept cash. However, you can purchase a Track 15 "gift card" at their bar, which can be used at any of the restaurants. The one thing I hope to see is that if you do reserve, please make sure you do come to dinner, or please cancel, even at the last minute, so that I do not end up marking you as "did not go." I have asked the managers of this locale to have a "centrally located" area just for us, so we'll see how they respond, and I will adjust the seating or availability based on their feedback. These are the restaurants that currently offer specials for this event: Dolores, Dune Bros, Guisto, Little Chaska, Mother Pizzeria, There There and Tolia. Each of those is a different 'specialty' or food type, so I am sure there is something for everyone's liking!!

For this night, we will get together at Providence Coal Fired Pizza, at their downtown location.

The specials for this night will be either:
Three Courses and a bottle of wine: $67
(large wings, margherita pizza and choice of either butterscotch pudding or chocolate mousse, with a bottle of house pinot grigio or cabernet)
July "Limited Time Pizza: $25
(heirloom tomato pizza with EVOO, roasted onions, heirloom tomatoes, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, fresh basil and finished with balsamic vinegar reduction).
Once again, you will be responsible with what you order plus a 20% tip, which will be automatically added to your check. If you wish to order other pizzas or food items from the menu, that will be up to your discretion, as well. However, we do encourage you to share what your order with others, so that we can all sample the different pizzas and delicious menu offerings.
