What to Expect
Join us for nature, connection and contemplation at Lake Anza in Tilden Regional Park. This is a gentle mix of a contemplative and social gathering outside, not an intense hike or 100% silent retreat!

Accessibility Note: There are two bathrooms nearby. The walk around Lake Anza is partially wheelchair accessible, but many parts are rocky and uneven. Wheelchair users are welcome to participate in what’s accessible or practice the meditative walk independently on the grassy field during that portion, as it will be done in silence. All bodies and mobility levels welcome
Inclement Weather: If there is severe cold below 35°, heavy rain, fire or storm of any kind the event will be cancelled with a day’s notice. We will still meet if there is light rain, fog, or lower temps. Please come prepared for the elements!
