Join Queerli for our monthly low-key LGBTQIA+ mixer at The Better Man Distilling Co. this time with a spring-inspired, Earth Month twist!

All the secret garden vibes… without the secret. Because we’re loud and proud! Expect a welcoming space to meet new people, reconnect with familiar faces, and just exist comfortably in community.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Clothing Swap – bring something, take something (optional, but only 1-2 items)
• Bouquet Bar – build your own floral arrangement with Perry's Florist
• Queer Art – featuring upcycled and recycled work
• DJ SLAYJ spinning through the night
• Wear your brightest prints, bold florals, or whatever makes you feel most like yourself!
• Arrive anytime between 6-10PM

Bring friends or make new ones. Icebreakers and games are on tables for self-led activities. Hang with your crew, or introduce yourself to new folks and invite them to sit with you. Drinks, mocktails, and food available for purchase.

We stan a welcome environment and want every gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, culture, neurotype, and ally to feel welcome in this space. Queerli will ask you to leave if you are not acting appropriately to make others feel safe and comfortable in this space.

We’ll have the color-coded interest bracelets again to help spark conversation. Not a dating thing! It’s just an easy way to find your people and make friends.

$5 - 𝗦𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: This amount allows us to sustain our events and cover operational costs.

$10 - 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻: This amount is for those in our communities who can afford to give a little extra, supporting us as we work to offer more experiences and safer spaces for the LGBTQIA+ communities.

$1 - 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀: This end of the scale is for folks who are experiencing financial hardship and would benefit from the support of the community. Queerli events should be accessible to all people, regardless of finances, and we never want money to be a barrier to your attendance. If this tier is not accessible for you, enter an amount outside of the scale that is sustainable for you or contact us via email (hello@queerli.org) or DM @queerli.safespace. No one will be turned away due to a lack of funds.

The back parking lot has limited spaces. There are limited parking spots along the gate on Underwood Street. Please watch out for No Parking signs.

Overflow parking is at the Patchogue LIRR station, which is less than a 10 minute walk! Better Man closes and locks their gates at 10:30PM SHARP. Cars parked on the side street will be TOWED, if left overnight.

Accessible parking spots are infront of the bottle shop with a ramp to the tasting room past the big letter B that lights up.
