Hillcrest Queerly Allies Board Gaming Meetup
Details
We plan to meet weekly here at the Nash to play games and enjoy each other’s company.
Hey Everybody! Quick Announcement below.
Starting November 8th, each session will have a fee of $3 per attendee. This is a big step for us, and we want to be upfront about why.
Every dollar goes directly back into the group. Fees cover the cost of running our Meetup page and the weekly snacks we provide at each session. Nobody is profiting from this; it simply keeps the lights on and the snacks coming.
You’ll see the fee when you RSVP.
*Please note that fees are non-refundable, including for cancellations and no-shows, since our costs are committed in advance for each session.*
Thank you for being part of this community. We look forward to seeing you at the next meetup!
