Her mission is to unite and elevate Canada's entrepreneurship community, particularly for members of marginalized groups.

With over 25 years of international executive experience, Douglas has built a distinguished career at the intersection of venture capital, impact investing, and corporate leadership across North America, Asia, and Europe. Previously, he held senior executive roles at Sands China (Las Vegas Sands Corp.), The Peninsula Hotels, SAP, Universal Studios, and others, leading enterprise-wide finance, risk, and strategy initiatives. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, his personal mission is advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion, leveraging capital as a force for innovation and a more compassionate world.
