A welcoming community workshop exploring vaginal health, menopause and body confidence through open conversation and games.
Let's talk about the things no one taught us about our bodies.
Clits, Tits & Other Bits is a conversation card game and community project designed to help women explore their bodies, share experiences and break down shame around pleasure, health and identity.
In this interactive workshop we will open up honest conversations around topics often left out of traditional sex education.
Together we will explore:
• Menopause
• Vaginismus
• Vaginal health
• Body confidence
• Pleasure and self understanding
Using prompts from the Clits, Tits & Other Bits card game, this session will encourage open dialogue in a safe, welcoming and judgement free environment.
Expect thoughtful discussions, shared experiences and a chance to connect with others in the community.
No prior knowledge required.
Just curiosity.
This workshop is open to the local Hackney community and anyone interested in learning more about their bodies.
Free entry but registration is required.
