International House Querétaro (ihqro) is proud to be part of the International House World Organization (ihwo), which is one of the largest networks of language schools worldwide committed to implementing high standards of quality and innovation in language teaching and teacher training. ihwo was founded in 1953 with the aim of providing an innovative approach for learning English and other languages. Today ihwo is made up of 150 schools in over 50 countries worldwide, and we have now been teaching English and 25 modern languages for 60 years.
Courses are designed for students of every level, and as such it is essential to ascertain your needs and expectations, and assess your language level, which is why you are asked to take a free on-line assessment test at Sistema AVE: http://ave.cervantes.es/prueba_nivel/default.htm before you start your first course. Once your course begins, you can expect to be exposed to both linguistic and culture elements that will facilitate your daily life in Querétaro. The IH Club provides further opportunities to participate in cultural activities every month during which you can practice your Spanish, experience Mexican culture first-hand, and meet new people.
