Join us on this moderate 3.68 miles Mt. Burdell hike at the San Andreas trailhead, 475 San Andreas Drive in Novato. The hike will be a moderately steady climb on the San Andreas Fire Road. We will view Hidden Lake. After the Middle Burdell/San Carlos Fire Roads, we'll head right on the Michako Trail and loop back to the San Andreas trailhead. About 20% of the hike is shaded. The elevation gain is 614'.
Wear appropriate hiking footwear, layered clothing, hiking poles if needed and water. Dogs are allowed on leash. Let us know if you are attending.
We will begin the hike at 9:05 as we value everyone's time.
Directions: From HWY 101, take the San Marin Drive, Atherton Road exit.
Head west on San Marin Drive for 2.4 miles. Take a right at San Andreas Drive. Street parking is on the right hand side near the trailhead.
