Hi! I am Loleta Fahad

With over 25 years’ experience, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals in identifying their strengths, mapping career pathways, and realising their ambitions. My background spans career development, coaching, and organisational development, where I have designed and delivered a wide range of initiatives, workshops, and resources to help staff and learners grow and adapt in a changing environment.

I am passionate about encouraging people to think beyond traditional learning routes, recognising the value of non-formal development such as mentoring, peer learning, and on-the-job experiences.

As Co-chair of the HR Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee and the ASTREA Network for Women, I have also championed inclusive and connected approaches to professional growth, promoting the importance of networking as an integral part of career development.

Now I design and deliver bespoke training programmes that empower individuals to expand their thinking, build meaningful networks, and take proactive steps in shaping their career journeys.
