Learn Brass: Birmingham @ Alpha Omega
Details
Come learn Brass Birmingham together! Brass Birmingham is BoardGameGeek's #1 rated overall (and #1 strategy) game. Brass: Birmingham tells the story of competing entrepreneurs in Birmingham during the industrial revolution between the years of 1770 and 1870. Players will develop, build, and establish their industries in an effort to exploit low or high market demands. This is a "heavy" game, meaning that the game can require deep thought and planning, and can be difficult to understand. BoardGameGeek gives it a complexity rating of 3.86 out of 5, whereas 7 Wonders has 2.31, Settlers of Catan has 2.44, and Lords of Waterdeep has 2.45. We'll be doing one game of 2-4 players, and gameplay goes long, at 2-3 hours. If you'd like to see if the game appeals to you before committing that amount of time, you can find a relatively quick overview at https://youtu.be/xMLAZkihZWs?t=208
Hope to see you there!
