What we’re about
Welcome to the Quinte West ADHD Meetup Group! This group is for people who are interested in connecting with others in the ADHD community. Whether you are a parent or other family member of someone living with ADHD, or living with ADHD yourself, this group is for you. We will host events, both virtual and in-person to share stories, experiences and resources to help navigate life with ADHD.
Led by Faelyne Templer, accredited ADHD and Leadership Coach, our group's goal is to make ADHD resources accessible to people in the Quinte West and surrounding areas.

See all- Summer Book Club - You, Me & our ADHD FamilyLink visible for attendees
Hi folks - I'm so excited to be hosting a summer book club featuring Dr. Tamara Rosier's new book "You, Me and our ADHD Family."
Dr. Rosier is a leading voice in the ADHD community who has written a number of books, leads an the ADHD Center of West Michigan and is the past president of the ADHD Coaches Organization. I've had the pleasure to hear her speak at a number of ADHD conferences and have always come away with valuable new learnings.
You, Me and our ADHD Family offers some great tips and strategies to help all members of a neurodivergent family learn more about themselves and their loved ones. Dr. Rosier unstintingly shares from her own lived experience as someone with ADHD, making this book not only a useful resource but a great read that resonates with so many of us.
I am considering whether we can do this book club in person in Trenton (Ontario). I know we have a number of folks in our meetup from all over the world (hello to our members in the UK!), but if there are enough folks in Prince Edward/Hastings Ontario, we can meet at the marvelous Grind and Vine and enjoy some of the best baked goods in the region. Please let me know.
If you haven't yet picked up your copy of Dr. Rosier's book, you can get it on Amazon here.
I'll share the meeting format and list of topics we'll cover once we've got enough folks registered.
Thanks all!
