About us
You're in the right place — even if it took three tabs to get here.
Life with ADHD is full of brilliant ideas, half-finished projects, and the occasional "why can't I just do the thing?" moment. Whether you're navigating it yourself or loving someone who is — this group gets it. No judgment. No lectures. Just real people, real strategies, and a community that understands.
The Quinte West ADHD Meetup Group is a free, welcoming space for adults living with ADHD and the parents and family members who support them. Our events are virtual, so wherever you are — you belong here.

What we offer:
Right now, we gather every other Wednesday evening for Squirrel! Sessions — one focused hour on Zoom exploring practical tools and strategies for work, home, and everything in between. Each session introduces a fresh idea, then opens into honest conversation about what's actually working in real life. No scripts. No perfection required.
As our community grows, expect new events, resources, and engagement opportunities to be added — all designed to help you and the people you love thrive with ADHD.
