🌿 Forest Bathing & Woodland Picnic 🌿
Join us for a slow-paced woodland wander designed to help us unplug, notice our surroundings, breathe a little deeper, and enjoy some genuine human connection in nature.
I’ll be leading a simple “forest bathing” walk — which really just means slowing down enough to mindfully experience the woods through our senses instead of rushing through them. No experience, special skills, or woo-woo expectations required 😄
After our walk, we’ll gather for a relaxed paper bag picnic dinner, so please bring your own meal, drink, blanket or chair if desired, and bug spray.
Expect cozy conversation, curious humans, nature wandering, and a low-pressure evening outdoors. 🤍
