In our opening mission, we explore what it really means to shake things up — without blowing things up. Permission to Disrupt examines how innovation, change, and bold moves often start with someone brave enough to challenge the norm and a team willing to back them.

We dig into:

• Real-world examples of companies that redefined their way of working — by design or by accident.

• The psychology behind permission: Who gives it? Who takes it? Who ignores it?

• Community stories where "disruption" sparked growth, chaos, or a little bit of both.

Whether you're a silent rebel or a loud change agent, this session gave you tools (and maybe some ammo) to make your next move thoughtfully — and impactfully.
