What does it mean to be inclusive? Why is it important to include as many people as possible both in design work and in organisations? How can you take diversity, equity and inclusion into your daily work and learn to apply their principles to make better design decisions?
These are some of the questions we will be answering in this event. We also hope that the upcoming keynotes will spark some new thoughts and encourage you to start discussions in your own workplace or community.
We will broaden the biassed lenses through which we generally look at our everyday decisions in design and uncover useful tips you can take with you and apply them in your work.
