What we’re about
This group is for anyone who wants to build web applications using the versatile and open-source R language! R is a technology for statistics originally developped here at Auckland Uni and over time has become one of the most popular platform for data scientists, journalists and enthusiasts.
The goal of this group is to build together a project using R and catch up regularly, in person or online, to share our progress and to get support when we're stuck.
The group will meet every fortnight and we will start the meetup with someone from the group sharing their progress and their potential issues.
We will then discuss with the group what is the best way forward regarding this member's project.
Lastly, we will have free discussion for the remainder of the session.
A $2 donation for the cost of running the meetup is much appreciated. The banking details are as follow: 15-3970-0142660-00
