Our Story:
R.E.N.T was created by the i Fund Cities team. Co-Founders Ryan Herting, Chris Tereo, and Bryan Ziegenfuse formed i Fund Cities, an alternative lending platform for real estate investors, back in 2018. They combined their decades of real estate, finance, and construction industry experience to bring about their new vision for lending—a company that was more hustle and grit than suit and tie. They formed a team to give investors an experienced and personalized service—the reverse of the “pencil-pushing-sit-behind-a-desk” lender that has, up to now, defined the industry.
As the company grew, the i Fund Cities team saw another opportunity to enhance the real estate space. Real estate investor meetups are all too common in the industry, but they lack a cohesive connection, community, or as we like to call it, tribe. Real estate is all about relationships, partnership, and trust. That is why the Real Estate Network Tribe, R.E.N.T, was formed. We want you to connect with individuals that give a damn about your success, and ultimately, for you to learn how to do more deals annually and scale your portfolios exponentially faster.
